What are the features of the brown Squad 5 inch MIL-TEC boots
A low profile lightweight model aimed at active people. Produced by the German company Sturm Miltek for several years, therefore it is well known among fans of military clothing - mainly as shoes that are worn for a long time.
Perfect for warm weather. Provides comfort both while walking on smooth urban asphalt and when walkingon gravel, sloping ground.

The Squad Stiefel 5 boots are painted in an interesting shade of brown. According to reviews - "a specific NATO Brown".
The top is soft, consists of suede patches that are repeatedly stitched and resistant to tearing, as well as textile inserts with a mesh large-mesh structure. This choice of materials gives Mil-Tec ankle boots excellent breathability, but does not guaranteejuice protection from getting wet. And yet, when treating shoes with the appropriate spray walking on our roads, which "delivers" after the rain, will be quite pleasant. The tongue stitched to the top will not allow dust and drops to get inside.
The socks are reinforced with leather inserts, and even the rubber from the sole floats on them. A similar rubber patch is also provided on the heel side.

SOLE
The outsole of the SQUAD STIEFEL is made of chemical resistant rubber. The mid-depth tread pattern guarantees good traction when walking on concrete. The front toe pad acts as a hook, which is very convenient when you have to make your way through bumpy and loose surfaces.
The inner layer of the sole is a damping layer that softens vibration and shock. This material has a nuance - it is afraid of open fire. Keep that in mind!

INSIDE
The insole is quite dense - about 4 mm thick (i.e., a drawdown under the fingers is provided without sacrificing comfort). Made from quality foam, it keeps the foot dry and warm. Under the insole is shoe cardboard. The interior is lined with sweat-wicking, hypoallergenic fabric.

LACE
Lacing type at Squad Stiefel Miltek – bfast. Six lower loops made of leather. At the top are six attachment points, represented by metal eyelets and hooks. In the center, on the tongue, there is an additional leather loop.
