Company Sheriff guarantees that the name of the product purchased in the Sheriff online store will match. At the same time, the photo of the product and the description may differ slightly from the product itself (in case of changes in the configuration, color, size of the product by the manufacturer).

Return of goods can be carried out within 14 days, in accordance with the law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights". In the event of a warranty case, the buyer can provide the goods to the Sheriff store within the period specified in the warranty card. In the absence of a warranty card, the warranty period is 14 days.

Transport / courier services (costs) for the return of the goods are borne by the buyer. When returning the goods, the client is obliged to return the goods that came as a gift to him. Gift items cannot be repaired, replaced or refunded, because not paid by the buyer. If, when returning the goods within 14 days (or more in cases specified by law), the gift product has been in use, the buyer is obliged to reimburse the cost of the gift to the store. In cases where the buyer immediately discovers that the ordered product does not suit him, and the gift product has not been used, he returns both products to the store without compensation.

The goods must be checked for external defects upon receipt (in the presence of the courier, at Nova Poshta, or in the Sheriff store in case of pickup). If there are external defects, they must be reported immediately. In the absence of such a statement, complaints about external defects will not be accepted.

In case of failure or partial failure of pyrotechnic products Sheriff enterprise guarantees a refund of the cost of the goods or an exchange for any other pyrotechnic product of a similar value. This warranty does not apply to cases in which there have been violations of instructions and rules for the use of pyrotechnics by the buyer.

Phone numbers are in the header of the site, as well as in the letter with the order and in the notification after the successful completion of the form. Unfortunately, other means of communication do not guarantee a quick response, as the letter may not reach us for technical and other reasons beyond our control. Company Sheriff enterprise guarantees the dispatch of the goods within the agreed time. However, we do not guarantee that the goods will be delivered to the buyer exactly at the stated time. Delivery is carried out by transport companies or delivery services.

Company Sheriff does not assume any obligation to compensate the buyer for losses incurred as a result of the goods not delivered on time, if the goods were sent within the agreed time.

Company Sheriff is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the buyer as a result of the operation of the goods, if the buyer does not follow the instructions and precautions.

The delivery time of the goods may vary slightly from that indicated on the site. The final date of dispatch is negotiated upon confirmation of the order in a telephone conversation with the manager of the Sheriff online store.

When holding promotions, providing discounts, etc. "Sheriff" enterprise without specifying the end date shall consider 31 days as the period for holding such events. If after the expiration of the above period, the promotion / discount / sale mark remains on the site, it means that the corresponding event was extended by the Organizer.
