What are Mil-Tek Flecktarn Elbow Pads?
Manufactured by the German company Mil-Tec® (this is one of several companies belonging to the popular European brand Sturm Handels GmbH).
Original model name: ELLBOGENSCHÜTZER FLECKTARN.
Elbow pads of this type are called hard. They consist of three layers:
• Smooth outer skina shell in the form of an oval plate, which is curved in such a way as to completely cover the joint. It was created from polypropylene and thermoplastic elastomer (in a percentage ratio of 50 x 50).
• Fabric lining is 100% polyester. It is highly valued for being almost water-resistant, repels dirt well, does not wear out for a long time and is resistant to tearing. Pleasant to the touch. It does not cause skin irritation and promotes sweat removal to the outside. These qualities are especially relevant in hot weather, when the bandage is worn on a bare hand.
• Inside andThere is a sealing layer based on polyethylene (360 g/sq. m.). Serves to dampen vibration and shock.
The plate is attached to the soft substrate with four polymer rivets.
Elastic straps with Velcro fasteners are designed for putting on/removing the protection. Equipped with buckles, they are easy to pull. Thus, any person will be able to adapt MIL-TEC elbow pads to the parameters of their hands.
You can wear them almost around the clock without noticing, since the bandages weigh no more than 210 g.rub and do not squeeze. The non-slip lining prevents the shields from slipping off even during active movement.
The Flecktarn colorway of the Tactical Elbow Pads is ideal for temperate wooded areas. It works especially well in the shade of trees and at dusk.
