ConstrFunction and functionality of the PM closed belt holster
The Army leather holster with a wide flap that fastens with a buttoned tab has been and remains one of the most popular and best-selling models. This sample is also often called a standard or officer holster.
Since the case is closed on all sides (there is no hole for the muzzle and there is a “blind” partition at the end of the handle), the pistol is ready to be worn in an aggressive environment: you can crawl through the mud with it, make your way through the swamp or in the desert along the sand.
The weapon sits tightly in a leather case. To make it easier to remove it, a pull-out strap is provided.
On the front side of the standard PM holster has a small pocket for a spare magazine. There are also loops for attaching a ramrod.
Hanging the cover on strap (with a maximum width of 50 mm) carried out by means of a rear lining with slots. The gun is installed in a vertical position: the muzzle is on theDirected down, at a right angle. The holster on the belt is fixed securely, it will not “ride” left and right during active movements.
Genuine leather accessory: care features
Holster for Makarov pistol based on thick leather stitched with reinforced threads will wear out slowly. And yet, its service life largely depends on care.
It is not difficult to take care of a leather product. Just follow a few rules:
• Remove light soiling with a clean msoft cloth. Never submerge the holster in water! You can use a soap solution with the addition of ammonia to wipe. If you want to make the skin shiny, apply a little castor oil to the surface with a tissue.
• If the leather holster gets wet, do not expose it to dry in the sun, do not place it on the battery. Natural material should dry naturally at room temperature.
• Can be used for cleaning colorless shoe cream. But forget about solvents and harsh chemicals!
