Max Fuchs hydrator cleaning kit, 30549
A very practical thing from the famous German manufacturer Max Fuchs. Original title: Reinigungsset für Trinkbeutel, 3-teilig. Sold in plastic packaging. Consists of three parts:
• a large brush for washing the tank itself (will help to clean the corners);
• a small brush for cleaning the mouthpiece, lid, as well as the junction of the nozzle with the nipple and jellyfish;
• flexible spring (cable) for cleaning the drinking tube.
Brushes from MFH Cleaning Kithydropacks are made of stainless steel and nylon, they are durable and have a long service life. The working surface of the brushes is very flexible, which ensures uniform cleaning of the surface of the hydropack (exactly along its contour).
How to properly care for the drinking system?
If you use the hydrator for a long time, a slippery coating forms on its walls. Drinking water from such a container is, of course, unpleasant, and dangerous to health. Flushing required! To do this, disassemble the drinking system into its components.ing: remove the hose from the jellyfish (by unscrewing it from the adapter), then disconnect the valve from the hose and, finally, remove the silicone nozzle from the latter. Rinse each component in reasonably hot water (but not boiling water!), using the brushes from the Hydration Cleaning Kit and mild detergents. The ideal option is baking soda. It is desirable to exclude alcohol-containing preparations.
For complete disinfection of the hydraulic system, it does not hurt to sterilize it. A freezer will help you with this task. Place a jellyfish in it, tryBreast and nipple for a day or one night. After defrosting, shake out the remaining ice, rinse and dry.
Moisture on the elements of the hydrator can be removed with a napkin. Put also a few napkins inside the balloon and hold them there for a while. To prevent the walls of the tank from sticking together, you can put a tube into the neck. It is best to hang a hydropack for high-quality drying. Leaving it in direct sunlight, especially under glass, is not recommended.
Remember that you need to store the cylinder only in an open form - absolutely dry and clean!
If the hydrator has not been used for its intended purpose for too long, it must be washed before the next use.
