Carrying straps, sewn across the entire width of the stretcher with double seams, provide structural strength and protect the loops from breaking. Transverse slings-screeds on fastexes are designed to fix the chest and legs of the patient. The location of the head is marked with a cross.

The stretcher can be easily rolled up and placed in a pouch made of dense fabric. The pouch is attached with Molle straps to the equipment.
