Advantages of the Stinger-S 1x40 closed-type collimator sight
Collimator is used for samy precise aiming of the weapon at the target. Its advantage over other aiming mechanisms is its unusually high aiming speed. On average, 3 times faster than using the front sight!
The lenses and the light source for the tag are located in a sealed housing, which ensures well-functioning operation of the device in any weather. Precipitation and dust do not fall on the rear surface of the lens, and therefore the image is not distorted. And to a lesser extent, it is subject to mechanical damage.

The Stinger-C scope is suitable for installation on non-automatic weapons. It handles the recoil perfectly when fired from a smoothbore rifle and 7.65 mm and 5.45 mm AKs.
The body material is an aluminum aerospace alloy, the surface of which is covered with a layer of black paint in order to protect against corrosion. Parts for attaching to weapons are made of durable steel.

The reticle is a dot. You can choose its color: bright red or green. Brightness can be adjusted in 5 levels by turning the knurled knob.
On the top and on the right side of the Stinger-C body there are round controls needed to enter vertical and horizontal edits into the reticle scale. To scroll them, you will have to use a flat screwdriver, a penny or other improvised tool. So that the adjusting wheels do not gather dust, they were hidden under the capsnap type kami. The latter are fastened to the body with rubber holders, which prevents them from being lost.
Small AG13 batteries are inserted into the compartment, located at the top of the product.
Mounting platform of the sight is designed for Weaver base (Picatinny rail). Her lips are tightened with a hex wrench from the kit.
