It is very easy to cook with the Barocook Thermobox:

• Place a special bag on the bottom of the plastic container (supplied withation);
• Fill the container with water directly from a river or lake (even snow will do!);
• As a measuring cup, you can, and should, use the packaging from the heating element.
• Wait a few seconds until the water boils and then put inside a stainless steel container already filled with, for example, cereals or noodles with water.
• Cover it all with an airtight, durable lid. Close with secure clips.
• Just 10-15 minutes and you have a hot lunch without a single match.
