44CH LAUNCH CONTROL
The operation of this 44 console equipment is based on sending control commands via 11-wire cables to 10-channel terminal blocks to which electric igniters (EVs) are connected.
DEMO SPECIFICATIONS
1. Number of channels - 44.
2. Power supply - 24 century. (2 batteries of 12 volts built into the case);
3. Battery capacity - 2.3 Ah.
4. Connectors for launch control (cable connection). - RP14-10L (female) 4 pcs. on the remote control panel (total 40 ch.) - XLR 4-pin (male) 2 pcs. (Additional 4 channels.)
5. Recommended cable.
6. Battery protection against short circuit (short circuit) - 7A.
7. Protection against short circuit on each channel - 6A.
8. The recommended length of cables to control fireworks is 30-40m.
The maximum possible is 110 meters with a cross section of 0.5 sq. mm for each of the 11 cores.
The maximum (guaranteed triggering) number of EVs connected in parallel at the Shostka plant is up to 10 pcs.
With a larger number of EVs, we recommend that after using the remote control, check for possible soldering of the contacts of the start buttons.
To check the soldering of contacts, it is necessary to connect 10-channel terminal blocks (with connected EVs) to the console, or 24-x volt bulbs.
If there are soldered contacts at the moment of connecting the block with the EV, they will work on the channel on which the contacts soldered.
When using light bulbs, a light bulb will light up on the channel with soldered contacts.
You can restore the remote control by repeatedly pressing the button with soldered contacts, followed by re-checking.
MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORTA.
1). To keep the remote control working, its periodic recharging is required. Available (for a fee) we can offer a 24-volt charger (charger). .3 amps. When using 12-volt chargers, charge both batteries in turn.
2). During long-term storage, charging of electric batteries is carried out at least once every 2 months.
3). If you are planning to work forFace in cold weather (below zero degrees), we recommend charging the remote 1-2 days before the fireworks.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS FOR TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE.
To store equipment manufactured by Sheriff, it is enough to have a dry room with a temperature regime of +10 ... 30 degrees
Transportation of equipment containing batteries together with pyrotechnics is not allowed.
