30CH FIREWORKS REMOTE
This is a series of so-called straight remotes (without a directional switch).
KEY FEATURES:
1. Number of channels - 30.
2. Supply voltage - 24 v.
3. The capacity of the built-in battery is 2.3 Ah.
4. I useOur connectors
- RP-14 (mother) 2 pcs. on the panel (total 20 ch.)
- microphone connectors AUB-81 5 pcs. panels (total 10 channels).
5. Used cables
- 11-core cable with RP-14 plugs (male).
- 3-wire cable with microphone connectors AUD-71.
6. General protection against short circuit (SC) - 7A.
7. Protection of each channel against short circuit - 6A,
which allows simultaneous use of up to 15 electric igniters (EV) on each channel of Shostka production.
To prevent deposits on the internal contacts of the buttons, it is recommended to simultaneously launch no more than 8-10 pcs. EV of domestic production and no more than 3 EC of Chinese production.
8. The maximum length of cables with RP-14 (TM Sheriff) for guaranteed operation of one EV is 120 meters.
When using cables from other manufacturersThe permissible length of the cable depends on its cross section.

PRINCIPLE OF WORK AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE.
The console is designed to launch stage and ground pyrotechnic shows (5 microphone jacks for a total of 10 channels), and small park fireworks (20 channels with RP-14 connectors, a total of 20 channels).
See the photo above for equipment connection options.
Voltage, DCSoldered to the EV is equal to the power supply voltage (24 V) minus the voltage drop in the cables.
Voltage drop is proportional to cable length.
Therefore, in order to guarantee operation of several EVs at the same time, it is recommended to have cables no longer than 40-50 meters.
When working in winter (low temperatures), it is recommended to keep the remote control warm in standby mode (in a heated room, car, etc.) and connect it to the network (to equipment) a few minutes before the start.
SERVICE.
Batteries need to be recharged once every one and a half to two months to maintain performance.
When working in the cold season, it is recommended to recharge the remote control 1-2 days before the event.
To recharge the remote control, any charger providing a charging current within 0.2-0.25A can be used.
Car chargerst be used only if it is possible to adjust the charging current to the above values.
The remote control itself has two 2.3 Ah batteries connected in series. each
Each battery is routed to a separate pair of terminals (only three terminals for recharging).
12-volt chargers (charge voltage 14-15 volts) first charge one battery, then the 2nd.
For a fee, we supply 24-volt chargers that provide charging currentyadki according to the above requirements.
After reaching full charge, these 24-volt chargers automatically switch to the "battery maintenance" mode - the charging current decreases several times.
STORAGE AND SHIPMENT
To prevent damage to batteries and reduce their capacity, it is recommended to store the remote control in a warm room (with a plus temperature of 10 to 30 degrees).
No shipping allowedBoard in the body of a car combined with flammable and explosive materials (pyrotechnics).
