To retain heat: Batteries must be warmed up before use. There are two ways to do this.

Instructions for using the battery in a microwave oven (heating method No. 1):

• Place in a container of water. The water in the container should completely cover the battery.
• Place the container in the microwaveFirst oven
• Heat the battery in a container of water for 4 minutes (Microwave power should be 280W)
• Remove the heat battery from the container with a slotted spoon or tongs and dry it with a cloth
• Place the battery between food or drinks in a thermal bag / thermobox / lunch box / auto-refrigerator to maintain the temperature.

Instructions for using the battery in warm water (heating method No. 2):

• Put the heat accumulator in a container with boiling water (water temperature 850С) for 5-7 minutes. Water in a containerand should completely cover the battery.
• Remove the heat accumulator from the container with a slotted spoon or tongs and wipe dry with a cloth
• Place the battery between food or drinks in a thermal bag / thermobox / lunch box / auto-refrigerator to maintain temperature.
