The Army Combat Uniform (ACU) is the uniform currently used by the US Army. The ACU is the successor to the Battle Dress Uniform (BDU) and Desert Camouflage Uniform (DCU) used in the 90s. Rip Stop is a special interwoven thread that forms a characteristic lattice on the material, which provides very good protection against tears and damage. Rip Stop material dries quickly, breathable, easy to wash off dirt.
The ACU pants are tailored like the traditional BDU pants, but with tapered legs at the bottom. By boCam trousers are provided with additional pockets, very comfortable and roomy.
Pockets are closed with Velcro flaps. Waistband tilts slightly forward for easy access to pockets. Two front pockets at the waist (without belts) and two at the back with button flaps.
On the knees and buttocks, the pants are reinforced with a double layer of material.
The waist is adjustable with a drawstring. The bottom of the pants are also adjustable.
