The strap worn on the left shoulder is also leather. The belt for the right shoulder is a knitted rubberized sling, the width of which (about 25 mm) is optimal so as not to rub the human skin under load. It is equipped with a length regulator. It is possible to adjust the height and suspension angle of the Fort shoulder holster: metal screws are moved and threaded into a suitable hole in the leather belt.
